We're excited to announce that the FYI Guide feature is now available to all FYI users.
FYI Guide is our in-app learning and support tool designed to help users explore and use FYI more effectively. It includes interactive checklists, guided walkthroughs, and access to key learning resources directly from within FYI.
What does this mean for FYI users?
The new FYI Guide makes it easier than ever to learn, explore, and master FYI features directly from within the platform. Whether you’re onboarding new team members or looking to unlock more functionality, FYI Guide provides self-paced, interactive assistance.
- Interactive checklists - Follow step-by-step guided activities to learn key FYI features, such as creating documents or tasks. Progress is automatically saved after you complete each step in the checklist.
- Guided walkthroughs - Interactive tours highlight areas of the platform and explain their purpose in real time. Walkthroughs provide clear, on-screen instructions to help you complete actions confidently and understand how each function works.
- Easy access to key resources - Access Learning Paths, Feature Updates, and Webinars on Demand directly from the FYI Guide Drawer. These links connect you to training journeys, product news, webinar recordings, and support options whenever you need additional information or help.
- News tab - View important updates and announcements from FYI, including upcoming events such as Webinars and the Automation Lounge, all accessible directly from within Guide.
- Self-paced learning - Each user can explore FYI at their own speed, making it ideal for onboarding new staff or refreshing knowledge of specific features.
Who is this available for?
FYI Guide is available now to all users. Please note that the features available within FYI Guide will vary depending on the user permissions. For example, some guided walkthroughs will only be available to FYI Admins.
Want to get started?
All FYI users can begin using FYI Guide immediately - look for the new tab available in the bottom-right corner of FYI.
