Issue
When connecting the Adobe Sign app to FYI, I login to Adobe Sign, it says it is verifying the account and data and then the following message displays in FYI:
"Error connecting to AdobeSign with response "Only account admins can approve account scopes"
Cause
The account that is being used to connect the Adobe Sign app to FYI is not set as 'Sign Account Admin'.
Solution
In the Adobe Sign console, the user needs to be set as 'Sign Account Admin'. You can check if the user is set up as a 'Sign Account Admin' by checking in Adobe Sign if you see 'Accounts' option next to 'Reports'.
