The Activity section of a drawer displays the history of the form, including the user name and the date and time the changes occurred. For example, when the form was created, if the filing details were updated, and when the form was shared.
Viewing Activity on a Form
- In FYI, open a Documents List and click on a Form.
- The Form drawer will be displayed.
- Click the Activity heading to expand the section.
- Click the Show more link to expand the list of activities.
