The Job filter is available when creating Custom Automation Processes, allowing practices to automate processes based on jobs in FYI. For example, practices may use the filter to trigger a Job Rollover process based on the Job State for existing jobs.
Job - View Filters
To use the Job - View Filters filter:
- From the Process Details tab, click the edit icon next to Filter.
- Select the Filter Type of Job - View Filters.
- Select a View from the drop-down.
Note: If the required view is not displayed, ensure the view has been enabled for Automations. Refer to Managing Views.
- Enable the Run Only Once Per Time Entry option to prevent the automation from running multiple times for the same job.
- Click Save.
