This integration keeps your client records and meeting notes seamlessly connected by automatically syncing client data, linking meetings to relevant client files, and creating meeting records in FYI.
What does this mean for FYI users?
- Seamless data sync: Import your clients, contacts, and groups directly from FYI into Vinyl, keeping records aligned across both platforms. Updates to clients and contacts are synchronised overnight.
- Automated meeting capture: Meeting records are automatically created in FYI and linked to all relevant client files. Meeting Records include an overview, summary, and action items.
- One-click access to recordings: Every FYI meeting note includes a direct link back to the Vinyl recording for easy reference, including a full transcript.
Who is this available for?
The Vinyl integration is available for all FYI users on the Pro and Elite plans.
