When changes are made and saved to a System View (e.g. the "All Clients" view), there is currently no option to automatically restore the view to its original defaults.
It is recommended that any changes to a System View be saved as a new view.
If you would like to restore a view to the original default, an FYI Admin or user with Views permissions can do this manually:
- Open the affected Workspace (eg Clients).
- Select the System View, which appears at the top of the list.
- Review the Activity history of the changes from General Settings - Views.
Note: Only an FYI Admin can review these changes. - Update the System Default View with the changes made.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the view name. Select Save View.
- Choose Modify Existing.
- Rename the view back to the original name, where required (eg All Clients).
- Click Save and Close.
