Process Filter Details - Time Entry

The Time Entry filter is available when creating Custom Automation Processes, allowing practices to automate processes based on time entries created by users. For example, practices may use the filter to select a view containing draft time entries, then add the Summary Notification step to the process to create reminders for users to submit their time.

Time Entry - View Filters

To use the Time Entry - View Filters filter:

  1. From the Process Details tab, click the edit icon next to Filter.

  2. Select the Filter Type of Time Entry - View Filters.

  3. Select a View from the drop-down. 
    Note: If the required view is not displayed, ensure the view has been enabled for Automations. Refer to Managing Views.
     
  4. Enable the Run Only Once Per Time Entry option to prevent the automation from running multiple times for the same time entry.

  5. Click Save.
