We're excited to announce that the Pinned Documents feature is now available for all practices, allowing users to easily pin documents for quick access when required.
What does this mean for FYI users?
The Pinned Documents feature provides a clear and consistent way to highlight important documents, ensuring they can be quickly identified and accessed when required.
- Easily identify pinned documents: Pinned documents are displayed with a Pin icon in lists and at the top of the Document Drawer.
- Quick access when needed: Use filters or the Pinned Documents section of the Client, Job, and Employee Summary tabs to instantly locate important documents.
- Shared visibility across the practice: Once a document is pinned, it is visible to all users with the appropriate cabinet permissions.
- Pin directly from FYI, Outlook, or Office: Documents can be pinned from the Document Drawer in FYI, as well as when working in Outlook and Office.
Who is this available for?
The Pinned Documents feature is available now to all practices using FYI.
