We're excited to announce that the Team Productivity feature is now available for all practices on the FYI Elite plan.
The Home - My Team tab provides real-time visibility into team performance, allowing practices to make data-driven decisions without the need to generate and export reports.
What does this mean for FYI users?
The Home - My Team tab displays key metrics for each employee, enabling practices to quickly identify variances, address bottlenecks, and follow up with staff to ensure accurate time recording.

Real-time visibility: View key staff metrics without exporting data, including Actual Hours, Expected Hours, and productivity percentages. Missing Hours are highlighted in red for easy identification.

Missing Time View: A new "Missing Timesheets" view is available to see at a glance staff members who are missing time entries for the previous week, displayed as "Missing Hours" on the My Team List. Practices can optionally use this view to create a Custom Automation to send reminders to staff to enter the missing time, and a notification to their manager.

Permission-based: Access to the My Team tab is limited to FYI Admins and users in a User Group with permissions to access or manage employees.
- List or Group view: The My Team list can be displayed using either a List or Group view, grouping staff members by Partner, Manager, or User Role.

Team Productivity is available now to all practices on the FYI Elite plan.
