When using the New Collaborate feature in FYI, you can set up SharePoint sites to securely share documents with your clients and internal users.

These short tutorials demonstrate the two types of sites you can create.

Default Client Collaborate site

This is the primary site for most clients. All staff members in the practice automatically have access. It’s set up first through the Collaborate app in Automations and acts as the main hub for sharing client documents.

Client Secured Collaborate site

These sites are client-specific and allow you to restrict staff access. Only team members added to the client’s Security tab in FYI can view documents and access the site. This is ideal for situations where sensitive information, such as Partner-only documents, needs to be shared securely.
