We're excited to announce that the Client Secured Collaborate feature is now available for all practices on the Pro and Elite plans using the New Collaborate functionality.
What does this mean for FYI users?
Using Client Secured Collaborate, practices can create a separate Collaborate site for individual clients, with greater control over which users can access sensitive client information, for example, documents relevant to a Partner.

Dedicated Client site: The Client Secured Collaborate site is a new SharePoint site, separate from the default Client Collaborate site, created within the practice's existing Microsoft environment.

Restrict Staff Access: FYI Admins will be able to control which staff members will be able to access the new Client Secured Site, using the Client Security function in FYI. Only users added to the Security tab in the Client workspace will have access to the client in FYI and the Client Secured site.

Status Check Tool: The New Collaborate Status Check tool verifies that settings and permissions are correct with the Client Secured Collaborate site, and assists users with diagnosing and rectifying issues where possible.
- Invite clients and share documents: Use existing Collaborate features to share folders and documents, invite clients and other third-party contacts to collaborate securely with your clients.
Who is this available for?
The Client Secured Collaborate feature is available now to all practices on the Pro and Elite plans already using New Collaborate.
