Client Secured Collaborate Settings

Note: Client Secured Collaborate sites will also inherit some settings from the Client Collaborate app, for example, the default Email Template, and the Personalised Link settings.

Field Details
Folder Name The name of the client folder on the Client Secured Collaborate site.
Default Collaborate Site

Used to control whether the client uses the default Client Collaborate site (when set to Yes) or a dedicated Client Secured Collaborate site (when set to No).

Note that changing this setting will immediately remove all shared users and shared documents from the previous site. Refer to Moving to a Client Secured Collaborate Site.

Collaborate Site The name of the Client Secured Collaborate site for the current client. This does not apply to the default Client Collaborate, or Client Secured Collaborate sites for other clients.

Note: If you choose a different SharePoint site or create a new Client Collaborate site, all Share Settings will be reset, and you will need to re-add all users.
Document Library The location of the New Collaborate client folders on the Client Secured Collaborate site.
Microsoft Group

The name of the Security Group used to control sharing and access to documents.

It is not recommended to change the Microsoft Group, to ensure that the Client Security features are enforced. If a different group is selected, Client Security in FYI cannot be used to add and remove internal users to the site. The practice will need to manually manage the Site Members list on SharePoint.

Retain Uploads

Controls whether client files will remain on the SharePoint folder after being imported to FYI. If set to Yes, it will be moved to the "Processed" folder, located within the Upload folder. If set to No, client files will be deleted from the SharePoint site. Refer to Upload Experience for Clients using New Collaborate.

This setting will only affect the current Client Secured Collaborate site, and not the default Client Collaborate site, or Client Secured Collaborate sites created for other clients.
