The below provides information to both integrate your preferred corporate compliance app and automate the import of associated documentation to FYI.

BGL

FYI integrates with BGL CAS 360 to automatically import and file client documents overnight.

Connecting your BGL Account to FYI
To import from BGL, you first need to connect your BGL account to FYI.

Note: This is a one-off step and can only be done by an FYI Admin, or a user in a User Group that has Permissions enabled for Automations.

Connect BGL to FYI.

Import from BGL
Information is imported from BGL CAS 360 overnight and automatically filed against the relevant client as a document in FYI.

Setup and activate the Process.

Note: There are requirements for documents and clients to allow for documents to synchronise between FYI and BGL CAS 360, for details refer to Requirements for documents to be imported from BGL CAS 360 or from NowInfinity.

 

Companies House (United Kingdom only)

FYI integrates with Companies House to automatically import and file client documents.

Connecting Companies House to FYI
To import from Companies House, you first need to connect Companies House to FYI.

Note: This is a one-off step and can only be done by an FYI Admin, or a user in a User Group that has Permissions enabled for Automations.

Connect Companies House to FYI.

Import from Companies House
Information is imported from Companies House at 4.30am GMT and automatically filed against the relevant client as a document in FYI.

Setup and activate the Process.

NowInfinity (Australia and New Zealand only)

FYI integrates with NowInfinity to automatically import and file client documents overnight.

Connecting your NowInfinity Account to FYI
To import from NowInfinity, you first need to connect your NowInfinity account to FYI.

Note: This is a one-off step and can only be done by an FYI Admin, or a user in a User Group that has Permissions enabled for Automations.

Connect NowInfinity to FYI.
