FYI is excited to announce a new integration with Dashboard Insights, offering practices based in Australia and New Zealand the ability to synchronise their practice management data for elevated dashboard reporting.
To use the integration, practices must be subscribed to the FYI Elite plan.
What does this mean for FYI users?
Using the integration, practices will be able to gain deeper insights into their FYI data through visual dashboards and custom reports in Dashboard Insights, supporting more informed and proactive decision-making.
- Data Synchronisation from FYI: Key data from FYI, such as billing, jobs, WIP, and team member performance, is synchronised with Dashboard Insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Interactive Dashboards: Access visual dashboards that provide clear insights across Billing, Job progress, WIP levels, and individual and team performance.
- Flexible Date Filtering: Reports can be filtered to specific date ranges, enabling focused analysis on particular periods or performance windows.
- Insight Summaries: Key metrics are clearly explained with insight summaries below each chart, helping practices quickly understand performance and business status at a glance.
- Customisable Reporting: Create and tailor your reports to suit your firm’s unique reporting requirements.
- Enhanced Data Visibility: Get deeper insights into critical performance metrics to drive accountability, planning, and firm-wide optimisation.
Who is this available for?
The Dashboard Insights integration is available for practices based in Australia and New Zealand subscribed to the FYI Elite plan.
