The Invoices tab displays a list of Invoices for the current job, and allows users to easily view and manage invoices created in both FYI and Xero.
The Jobs Workspace for Workflow Jobs does not include the Invoices tab. Invoices are displayed from the Billing Job - Invoices tab.
The Invoices tab is only available for FYI Admins and users assigned to a User Group with permission to view invoices.
Jobs Invoices Layout
The Invoices tab can be displayed as a standard List, or if selected, using the Grouped view functionality.
When viewed as a List, details of each invoice will be displayed in columns, with users able to select from different views, and add or remove columns as required.
Job Invoices Functions
Toolbar
The toolbar contains a variety of functions to allow users to view and manage invoices.
Please note that some functions will only be available depending on whether one or more invoices have been selected from the list. When using Group View, you can only select one invoice at a time.

| Select all button |
Used to bulk-select time invoices in the list. Click the drop-down to select from 50 or all available invoices. |
| View selector |
Displays the list of Invoice views available for the List. Default views appear at the top of the View selector with a divider, followed by saved views. |
| Search Invoices |
Searches the Invoice List based on the invoice number. |
| Unhide Deleted and Voided Invoices |
When green, deleted and voided invoices are hidden from the list. If selected, the icon will turn black and deleted and voided invoices are displayed. |
| Unhide Paid Invoices |
When green, paid invoices are excluded from the list. If clicked, the icon will turn black, and paid invoices will be displayed. |
| Group view |
Enables or disables the Grouped view. For detailed information on using the Grouping functionality, refer to Grouping Practice Invoice and Time Lists. |
| Approved |
Used to approve invoices, synchronising the invoice with Xero. The Approved button will only be enabled for invoices with the status of "Draft". |
| Open Invoice |
Opens the invoice in Xero in a new browser tab. The Open button will only be available when selecting a single invoice in the list, and the invoice has been approved and synchronised to Xero. |
| Create Interim Time Entries |
Creates negative Time Entries to reduce the WIP. This button is only enabled for Interim Invoices where the corresponding interim time entry was not automatically created. |
| Delete |
Available for invoices with a status of "Draft", allowing the user to delete the invoice. Invoices with the status of "Draft in Xero" and "Approved" will need to be deleted from the Drawer. |
| Cancel |
Deselects the invoices selected in the list. |
Right-click on an entry in the list to display the pop-up menu.
List Functions

| List icon |
Hover over the column heading and click the List icon. The following options will become available:
Note: Autosizing and pinned columns will reset to default settings upon leaving the list or changing views, unless the view is saved with the changes made. |
| Filter icon |
The Filter icon is displayed as a funnel with three horizontal lines. Click the icon to filter the options as required, or click Reset to return to the default settings. When a column has been filtered, the Filter icon will be displayed in green. Note: If the icon is not displayed, that column cannot be filtered. |
| Column Order | Drag and drop the column heading to change the order in which columns are displayed within that list. |
| Column Width | Drag the edge of the column heading to increase or decrease the width of the column. Tip: Double-click the edge of the column to automatically resize the width to fit all contents. |
| Adding Columns |
Click the Columns tab on the left-hand side. Columns that are saved in the current view are displayed in alphabetical order. Search and tick additional columns in the list to add the Column to the view. Tip: You can search for columns at the top of the Columns tab. |

| Expand and Collapse Groups |
When Grouping is enabled, groups will be automatically collapsed. To expand the group, click the arrow icon on the left-hand side of the group name. Click the same icon to collapse the group. You can also right-click on the list and select Expand All or Collapse All to expand or collapse all groups. Only displayed when the List is displayed using the Grouped view. |
| Open Invoice |
Opens the invoice in Xero in a new browser tab. |
| Task Icon |
The Task icon will display on the right-hand side if there are any outstanding Tasks related to the invoice. The number of outstanding Tasks will display in red. |
| Comment Icon |
The Comment icon will display on the right-hand side if there are any comments related to the invoice. Hover over the icon to show the number of comments on the Invoice. |
