Issue
I am sending documents for signed to Annature and the following message is displayed:
- "Error posting envelope to Annature: Document base must be supplied"
Cause
A PDF that is being sent to Annature for signing is corrupt.
Solution
Please also contact the FYI Support Team to inform them.
Check which PDF is corrupt and causing the issue. In FYI, you can Preview or Export the documents and check.
- When Previewed in FYI, a corrupt PDF will display "Invalid PDF structure".
- If Exported and viewed from Windows Explorer, a corrupt PDF will display "We can't open this file. Something went wrong".
Once you have identified the problem document, fix this and then send the pack of documents for signing again.
