"Error authenticating with Annature: Authentication token deactivated" when reconnecting our Annature app in FYI

Issue
We are trying to reconnect our Annature app in FYI and the following message displays:

"Error authenticating with Annature: Authentication token deactivated."

Cause
This error indicates that your Annature token has been deactivated.

Solution
Login to your Annature account and ensure that it is an active subscription. Then connect the Annature app in FYI again.
