Issue
When using OneDrive to Preview a PDF within FYI, hovering the mouse over the bottom of the Preview does not display the Preview and Zoom buttons.
Cause
Confirm the option Preview Office via OneDrive has been enabled in the bottom right-hand corner of the document preview.
If this is set to Off the Microsoft options will not be displayed.
Solution
If the Preview Office via OneDrive option is already enabled, try clicking the option to set it to Off, then click again to set it back to On.
If the tools are still not displayed, there may be an issue with Microsoft’s embedded OneDrive viewer.
FYI does not control the available tools or display settings within the preview. The absence of the Zoom and Rotate buttons is a limitation of Microsoft's viewer, not FYI’s platform. Contact your IT Administrator to investigate further.
