Why is a Comment sent every time I update a document in FYI - My Imports?

Issue

I have a document open in FYI - My Imports and every time I make a change to the document it sends a Comment as a notification.

Cause

The document has been left open after I'm finished editing has been clicked. AutoSave is triggering updates to the document.

Workaround

Ensure the document is closed after you have finished making changes.
