A Migration Audit Report is automatically generated each time the FYI Migrate App completes a successful sync. The report is a .CSV report that gives a summary of the total files and documents that have been migrated and lists any errors and excluded files with the reason for the error or exclusion.
Your Onboarding Consultant or FYI Implementor will review this with you as part of the onboarding process. Once your migration is complete, we recommend to review the audit report to ensure you are comfortable with your migration.
This article will explain how to locate and review the audit report.
Generating the Report
The Migration Audit Report is generated after each migrate has run and completed. The file is generated with the following filename and location:
%APPDATA%\FYI Migrate\Reports\Migration Audit Report.csv
The Migration Audit Report is automatically uploaded as a document within FYI. It is added to the Cabinet FYI Migration which is automatically created in your platform.
For each sync of the Migrate App, a new version of the Audit Report will upload as a threaded copy. The audit reports will be time stamped at the time the app completed the sync.
