The best way to receive a notification of new documents synchronised to FYI from an integrated app is to set up an Automation Process in FYI to send a Summary Notification.
To do this, create a Documents View that is filtered to display the documents you want to be notified about. Use the Source column to filter documents by the relevant App integration from which the documents are received.
The Process Summary Notification will then provide a daily summary of all documents received from the relevant App integration.

Note: It is not recommended to add another user to the email sent to the client, such as adding an internal user as a CC or BCC. This will cause documents that are auto-filed to be duplicated in FYI.
