Issue
I am trying to connect the NowInfinity app to FYI and I am getting the following error:
''An error occurred requesting NowInfinity integration. Please check your credentials and try again."
Cause
When entering the login for the User Name in the NowInfinity App in FYI, this was entered in the incorrect case. This is case sensitive.
Solution
Enter the User Name with exactly the same case as the user's email that you are connecting with.
