Why is a file our client is uploading not getting imported to FYI?

Legacy Collaborate has now been superseded by New Collaborate. 

While users will still be able to select the Default Email Template and share links with clients, all other configuration settings have been disabled. 

To upgrade to New Collaborate, refer to Upgrading to New Collaborate.

We have set up the client portal so that the client can upload files, but there is a file that is not being imported to FYI.

This could be because the file is 0kb. This could mean that the file does not have any content in it and it is empty, or there may have been an error with the file transfer when your client uploaded it.

0KB files cannot be imported to FYI using the client Upload folder via Collaborate.

Contact the client and ask them to check the file and that they can open it successfully and ask them to transfer it again.
