Issue
When synchronising users with Billable Rates from your integrated practice management platform, the following error is displayed in Practice Activity:
- The Billable Rate for (user name) exceeds the six-digit limit. Update the Billable Rate in your integrated practice management platform.
Cause
FYI has a limit of 6 digits for the Billable Rate, excluding decimals. For example, 1,000,000.00 is considered 7 digits, and exceeds the limit.
Where a Billable Rate exceeds the limit, the rate will not be synchronised, and the error will be displayed.
Solution
The Billable Rate will need to be updated in the integrated practice management platform to a value that does not exceed the limit.
During the next scheduled sync, Practice Sync will attempt to resync the Billable Rate.
