The AMLCC integration syncs client and contact data from FYI, enabling users to add new clients individually or import all unsynchronised clients in bulk.
This integration is available to practices in Australia and the United Kingdom. For more information, visit amlcc.com.
Connecting AMLCC to FYI
Step 1 - Obtain the Access Key ID and Access Key Secret from FYI
- From FYI, click the Automation menu option.
- Go to the Apps tab.
- Click the AMLCC cog icon to edit the integration.
- Click Create new secret. This will generate a new Access Key ID and Secret Key used to connect to FYI.
- The Access Key ID will be displayed. Click the clipboard icon to copy and paste the information to AMLCC or a secure location.
Note: For this integration, the AutoFile defaults in FYI may be disregarded.
- The Secret Key ID will be displayed in a pop-up. Click the clipboard icon to copy the key and paste it into AMLCC or a secure location, for example, a vault.
Important: You can only view the Secret key the first time this window is displayed. If the Key is required again, you must disconnect your integration and request a new Key before you reconnect your integration.
Step 2 - Adding the FYI Access Key and Access Key Secret to AMLCC
- In AMLCC, navigate to Your AMLCC Account > Business Details.
- Scroll down and locate the field Would you like to import client data from another software system?
- Select FYI from the drop-down.
- Paste the Access Key ID into the FYI access key field.
- Paste the Access Key Secret into the FYI secret key field.
- Click Update Details.
The integration is now connected.
