Error "Failed to create a job in FYI" in Zapier

Issue

When using Zapier to create a job in FYI, the following error is displayed:

• Failed to create a job in FYI. Cannot upsert job, job type (workflow) does not match job template type (billing).

Cause

When creating a job and selecting a Job Template, the Job Type selected in the template must match the Job Type being created by the zap. For example, when creating a Billing Job, you cannot select a Workflow Template.

Solution

Update the selected Job Template, and retest the zap. Refer to Integration with Zapier.
