Confirm WIP & Debtor Reconciliation between FYI and your Practice Manager Source

Before switching FYI as your Practice Management source, ensure that your Practice Sync Integration settings are configured to sync Time, Disbursements and Invoices to FYI. Refer to Practice Sync Integration with MYOB AE/AO (Australia and New Zealand).

Once configured, FYI will perform an overnight reconciliation with your Practice Sync Integration. It is strongly recommended that an FYI Admin reviews the reconciliation to confirm the correct balances have synchronised successfully. 

Note: Before confirming the WIP and Debtor reconciliation in FYI, it is important that you have first performed a review of your WIP and Jobs in your Practice Management Source before enabling FYI as your Practice Management source. Confirm WIP Reconciliation

To review and confirm the WIP reconciliation, an FYI Admin or a user with User Group Permissions for Practice Activity can:

1. In FYI, navigate to Practice - Activity
2. Filter the App section to FYI Practice Sync
3. Review the Status and Details to ensure that the synchronisation of WIP is successful.

Important Note: Ensure that any discrepancies with WIP synchronisation are corrected in your Practice Sync source before enabling FYI as PM.

Confirm Debtor Reconciliation

To review and confirm the Debtor reconciliation, an FYI Admin or a user with User Group Permissions for Practice Activity can:

1. In FYI, navigate to Practice - Activity.
2. Filter the App section to FYI Practice Sync.
3. Review the Status and Details to ensure that the synchronisation of WIP is successful.

Important Note: Ensure that any discrepancies with WIP synchronisation are corrected in your Practice Sync source before enabling FYI as PM.
