When you see the attachment icon on an email in FYI, but no attachments are visible after expanding the Threads section, this usually happens because of how the original email was created or filed. For example, the email and its attachments were migrated into FYI from another system.
To view the attachments, you will need to export the email. This allows you to download the full message (including attachments) to your local machine for viewing. Refer to Exporting Documents.
