The FYI - Processed folder is automatically generated, and documents are added to the folder when one of the following scenarios occurs:
- Documents have finished editing,
- Documents have been converted to PDF within FYI,
- Previewing a document using OneDrive Preview, or
- Documents are imported via your OneDrive FYI - My Imports folder.
These files are intended to be temporarily stored and will be automatically deleted from FYI - Processed folder after 14 days.
If the FYI - Processed folder is deleted or moved, it will be recreated automatically when one of the above actions occurs.
