Clients, Jobs and Staff details can be synchronised between FYI and Xero Practice Manager automatically, or manually by users.
Automatic Synchronisation
The frequency of the automatic synchronisation varies depending on your practice configuration and where the data was updated. For example, edits to a job in FYI will be synchronised within approximately 15 minutes.

Manual Synchronisation
If the synchronisation of clients, jobs, user and tax returns ever needs to be run at any other times, FYI offers a range of manual sync options.
For example, an FYI Admin can prompt a manual sync from the Automation - Apps tab using the Xero Practice Manager app. For practices where FYI as Primary for Client Maintenance is not available, standard users also can perform manual syncs, for example, from the Clients list, or an individual job sync from the Job - Summary tab.
