How often are clients, jobs and staff synchronised from Xero Practice Manager?

If the synchronisation of clients, jobs, user and tax returns ever needs to be run at any other times (for example, a new client has been added to or a new job is created/updated in Xero Practice Manager and needs to be available in FYI straight away), an FYI Admin can manually sync this from the Automation menu option, Apps tab using the Xero Practice Manager app.

Note: For practices where FYI is not enabled as the Primary Source of Client Data, there is also a Sync function on the Clients and Jobs Lists. All users will be able to prompt a manual synchronisation of only the jobs or clients at any time.
