What is the OneDrive Attachments folder?

Issue
Some of our users have an Attachments folder in their OneDrive.

Cause
FYI is not creating this folder. It appears to be created if you select to upload an attachment to OneDrive from Outlook, or if you login from the OneDrive mobile app.
