Why do I have to login to the FYI Add-in continuously when using Office?

Issue
I am having to continuously login to the FYI Add-in when using Office or Outlook. This is regardless of whether the FYI Drawer is pinned or not.

Cause
This may be caused by your browser clearing your cookies automatically.

Solution
