FYI publishes up-to-date information on service availability on the FYI Service Status Page, available at status.fyi.app.
Using the FYI Status Page
Displaying the Status of all the Services
Click the sections at the bottom to display all the services for Australia & New Zealand or for UK & Europe.
Desktop App Versions
Expand the Desktop Apps section to view the current version for each app.
For information on updating to the latest version, refer to the articles below:
The latest version of the FYI Platform is displayed in the bottom-right corner of the User menu within FYI.
Displaying Service Status History
Click History in the top right-hand corner to see previous Service Status updates, for example, previous updates to the platform.
Use the year scroller to navigate to previous years and months, and click on the relevant month to view the updates for that period.
Subscribe for Status Updates
You can subscribe to receive status updates and notifications of interruptions via email, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Click Subscribe in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter your Email address.
- Click Start subscription.
- Select how you would like to be notified, by Email, Slack and/or Microsoft Teams.
Managing Subscription Preferences
When you have subscribed, you can change how you receive notifications by clicking the power button icon in the top-right corner and selecting Preferences.
Update your preferences as required.
You can also unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe completely link.
Managing your Subscription when not signed in
If you are not already signed in:
- Click Manage Subscriptions in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter your Email address.
- Click Find Subscription.
- You will be sent a link to sign in, allowing you to manage your preferences or unsubscribe.
