Displaying the FYI Service Status Dashboard

FYI publishes our most up-to-the-minute information on service availability from the following link:

The FYI Service Status page displays.

Check back in the Service Status Dashboard any time to get current status information, or Subscribe for updates refer below to Subscribing to Receive Updates.

Displaying the Status of all the Services

Click the sections at the bottom to display all the services for Australia & New Zealand or for UK & Europe.

Displaying History or FYI Help from the Service Status Page

  • Click History in the top right-hand corner to see previous notifications.
  • Click Support in the top right-hand corner to display the FYI Help.

Subscribing to Receive Status Updates

You can Subscribe to receive status updates and notification of interruptions via email, Slack or Microsoft Teams.

  1. Click Subscribe in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Enter your Email address.
  3. Click Start subscription.
  4. Select how you would like to be notified, by Email, Slack and/or Microsoft Teams.

Preferences, Managing your Subscription and Unsubscribing

When you have Subscribed, you can change how you receive notifications by clicking the following icon and selecting Preferences.

From the Preferences, you can change how you receive notifications.

You can also Unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe completely link.

Managing your Subscription if Not Already Signed In

If you are not already signed in:

  1. Click Manage Subscriptions in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Enter your Email address.
  3. Click Find Subscription.

  4. You will be sent a link so you can Sign in so you can then manage your Preferences or Unsubscribe.
