"Invalid getting available companies" for the process BGL Corporate Documents & ASIC Statements - Import & AutoFile

Issue

The Automation - History is showing an error "Invalid getting available companies" for the process BGL CAS 360 Corporate Documents & ASIC Statements - Import & AutoFile

Solution

To rectify this, you will need to disconnect and reconnect the BGL integration. Refer also to Import from BGL).

  1. Login as an FYI Admin and display the Automation page
  2. Go to the Apps tab.
  3. Open the BGL Integration app by clicking the cog icon.
  4. Click the Disconnect button.
  5. Reconnect by clicking Connect and entering your BGL credentials.
  6. Check the next day to ensure the integration is working properly.

The BGL application runs overnight. Any documents that failed to import since the initial error and reconnection will be retrospectively processed overnight.
