The Tasks tab is where you can access tasks for the specific client. This is a handy tool for monitoring workload by client across the team.
When displaying, opening and working with tasks in the Client Tasks tab, the list is used in the same way as in the Tasks Workspace, except that only tasks for the selected client are included. Refer to the section Tasks and Comments.
By default, the view displays "Incomplete Tasks". You can change this to display "All Tasks", "Unassigned Tasks", "Not Started" or "Overdue Tasks", or any other Task Views created by an FYI Admin or user belonging to a User Group with permissions enabled for views.
If you select to view a Client Group at the top of the Client Workspace, the "Client" column will be added to the list, and tasks will be displayed for all clients in the Client Group.
