If the File button is missing or greyed out in your In Tray, it usually means one or more required fields haven’t been completed in the FYI Drawer. These fields are typically Client, Cabinet, or any other fields marked as mandatory based on your practice’s settings.
To enable the File button, ensure all required fields have been filled in for the selected document(s). You can update these using the FYI Drawer.
After updating the required fields, the toolbar may need to be refreshed. If the File button is still not visible, try selecting another email or document, and then clicking back onto the original email to refresh the toolbar.
