Why does a word document have a Draft icon when it is created using a Stationery?

If you create a Word document using a Stationery, and it is showing as Draft, this is because the Stationery has the Default Delivery Status is set to "Draft". If you do not want it to be Draft, you need to set the Default Delivery Status in the Stationery as "Sent", or as "None".

The Delivery Status of documents can be changed using the Delivery button in documents list. Refer to Mail Register - Updating the Document Delivery Status as Sent or Received.

Stationery can only be set up and maintained by an FYI Admin, or a user in a User Group that has Permissions enabled for Templates.
