Why is the Preview pane showing a different date and time format or timezone?

Issue

When clicking on the Preview pane for a document in FYI, the document either shows the wrong time format (MM-DD-YYYY) or uses the wrong timezone, for example, London GMT format. This issue occurs when "Preview via OneDrive" is switched off, or the "Convert to PDF" button is used.

When the document is opened, rather than previewed, the date and times appear correctly.

Cause

This information is set by Microsoft OneDrive and not by FYI and unfortunately can't be changed at this time.

FYI has escalated the issue to Microsoft to ask for an enhancement for FYI to be able to control the time zone shown.
