Issue
When clicking on the Preview pane for a document in FYI, the document either shows the wrong time format (MM-DD-YYYY) or uses the wrong timezone, for example, London GMT format.
This issue occurs whether "Preview via OneDrive" is switched on or off for documents, for example, Excel spreadsheets, or the "Convert to PDF" button is used.
When the document is opened, rather than previewed, the date and times appear correctly.
Cause
This information is set by Microsoft OneDrive and not by FYI, and unfortunately can't be changed at this time. We recommend contacting Microsoft support for assistance.
For spreadsheets, convert the Date column to Text to preserve the date in the correct format. Refer to Microsoft article Converting Custom Date to Text.
