How can I enable or disable notifications generated by automations or custom processes?

The steps in the FYI standard Automation Processes and any Custom Processes that are set up for your practice can include Comments in the steps to send notifications. Refer to Automation Notifications.

An FYI Admin, or a user in a User Group with Permissions for Automations set "On" (refer to Managing User Groups) can edit Automation Processes and turn off the Comments to stop the notifications being sent. Or you can add or change the Comments in the steps. Refer to Automation Process Steps and Process Step Details - Creating Documents and Tasks.
