How can I enable or disable notifications generated by automations or custom processes?

Users: Not Available: All users Available: FYI Admins or User Group permissions

Practice Management Source: Available: All sources

The steps in the FYI standard Automation Processes and any Custom Processes that are set up for your practice can include Comments in the steps to send notifications. Refer to Automation Notifications.

To manage notifications:

  • An FYI Admin, or a user in a User Group with Permissions for Automations set "On", can edit Automation Processes and turn off the Comments to stop the notifications being sent. 
  • Alternatively, you can add or change the Comments in the steps.
