You can create PDFs in FYI using a PDF template. Refer to Creating PDF Documents from FYI.
PDFs can also be edited directly in FYI, including annotating, organising pages and redacting sensitive information.
Once a PDF is create, it can also be collated with other PDFs directly in FYI.
You can also use Convert to create a PDF copy of a Word or Excel Spreadsheet document in FYI. You can also select whether you wish the PDF document to be threaded with the original when using this option. This is useful if you want to email the document as a PDF attachment. Refer to Using Convert to Create a PDF in Creating PDF Documents from FYI.
For practices on the Pro or Elite plan, automations can also be used to automatically create or convert PDF documents as part of your workflow process. Refer to Process Step Details - Converting to PDF and Process Step Details - Create PDF.
