You can create PDFs in FYI using a template. Refer to Creating PDF Documents from FYI.
You can also use Convert to create a PDF copy of a Word or Excel Spreadsheet document in FYI. You can also select whether you wish the PDF document to be threaded with the original when using this option. This is useful if you want to email the document as a PDF attachment. Refer to Using Convert to Create a PDF in Creating PDF Documents from FYI.
For practices on the Pro or Elite plan, automations can also be used to automatically create or convert PDF documents as part of your workflow process. Refer to Process Step Details - Converting to PDF and Process Step Details - Create PDF.
There is no PDF editing tool built into FYI. PDFs can be edited via your OneDrive or FYI Desktop using any tool you prefer. Refer to Editing or Printing a PDF.
