By default, the workspace pages display 25 documents. You can display subsequent pages by clicking the page number at the bottom of the screen. You cannot change the default of 25 documents per page, but you can change the number of documents displayed per page on the current view to show 50 or 100 per page.
If the number of documents displayed per page is changed and the view is saved, the per page setting is saved with the view. Refer to Saving Changes to the View Layout, Modifying and Deleting Views.
