Can I retrieve files saved in FYI from within the MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
Documents filed in FYI need to be opened from the FYI platform, you will not be able to access the files using the "Open" function in Microsoft Office.
Documents can be opened from FYI in either Microsoft Office Desktop or in the browser, depending on your default settings or the option selected from the toolbar.
