Can I file an email and save the attachments within the email, rather than filing each attachment as a separate item?
When an incoming email is received and contains attachments, both the email and attachments are saved as separate documents. However, attachments can be accessed from within the Email Drawer by expanding the Attachments section in the drawer.
Note: When enabling the practice setting "AutoFile Else In Tray - Emails only (In Tray for attachments)", all attachments will sit as drafts in the users In Tray. Users can then choose to file or delete the attachments from their In Tray.
