You can bulk delete documents from FYI, however the user's permission level will determine the method used to delete documents, and the number of documents that can be deleted at one time.

Note: Some emails and Documents cannot be deleted, for example, if they are locked or being edited. Refer to Why can I not Edit or Delete an email or document?
Standard Users
Emails and documents can be bulk deleted from any list, including your In Tray.
- Checkmark the documents/emails you want to delete or click the checkbox in the column heading to 'Select 50'.
- Click Delete to delete the selected documents/emails.
Note: If the Delete button isn't available, some documents may be locked or unable to be deleted. Refer to Why can I not Edit or Delete an email or document?
Standard users are limited to deleting 50 Emails and Documents at a time.
FYI Admins
In addition to using the method above, an FYI Admin can also use Bulk Update to delete multiple emails and documents.
- Checkmark the documents/emails you want to delete or click the checkbox in the column heading to 'Select 50' or 'Select All'.
- Click the Bulk Update button to open the Bulk Update drawer.
- Tick the Delete checkmark.
- Click Run.
Note: Documents being edited will not be deleted using the Bulk Update method.
