Is there an archive ability for documents after a particular time, say seven years and is this global or refinable?

FYI offers a variety of options on how to archive your client documents:

• When a client is archived, documents will be archived automatically
• Using the Bulk Update feature to archive selected documents only
• By creating an automation to "alter documents" e.g. run on a schedule to regularly archive documents after the retention period has passed
