Can I bulk export my documents including metadata if I want to leave FYI?

Yes. The Bulk Export function allows an FYI Admin to export all documents into a structured, configurable Windows folder hierarchy representing the critical metadata. You can set up the structure of how the Windows folder hierarchy is created. Refer to Bulk Export and Bulk Export OneDrive.
