The Activity section displays a record of major events for a document, for example, when the document was edited, filed or sent. When sharing documents using Secure Link, the Activity section will also display events related to the shared document, for example, when a link is generated, a verification code is requested, the shared document is accessed, verification is unsuccessful, or the Secure Link expires.

You can view document activity in the Document drawer in FYI and the FYI drawer in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  1. In FYI, select a document to display the drawer. In Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, select the FYI icon to display the FYI drawer.
