FYI is now integrated with StackGo IdentityCheck, a simple and secure way of verifying the identity of your clients using a Government-issued ID and a photo.
What does this mean for FYI users?
Using the integration, practices have access to a streamlined, one-click process for quick and efficient verification.
Users will be able to:
- Update a Custom Field in FYI to trigger an email notification to a client requesting they verify their identity.
- View the status of Identity Check Requests.
- Import Identity Verification Reports into FYI (optional). Note that Privacy and Security should be considered before enabling this option.
Who is this available for?
The StackGo IdentityCheck integration is available for all FYI users on the Pro or Elite plans.
