For practices not integrated with a Practice Management platform, jobs, clients, groups and staff can be imported directly into FYI. Refer to Integration with Generic Practice Management Software and CSV Files for the integration with Generic Practice Management Software.

The Practice Sync Automation app needs to be enabled to allow the CSV import process to run.

Please note that this process is this is not related to the Practice Sync integration with MYOB, APS, IRIS, or CCH Central

  1. Login to FYI as an FYI Admin.
     
  2. Click the Automation menu option.
     
  3. Go to the Apps tab.

  4. In Practice Sync, click the cog icon to edit this process.

  5. Set this to "On" to enable the Practice Sync.
