Practice Sync app

The FYI Practice Sync app is used to enable the Practice Sync process, used to import practice data by CSV file, including jobs, clients, groups, and staff from an external system.

Refer to Integration with Generic Practice Management Software and CSV Files for the integration with Generic Practice Management Software.

Login to FYI as an FYI Admin.
Click the Automation menu option.
Go to the Apps tab.
In Practice Sync, click the cog icon to edit this process.
Set this to "On" to enable the Practice Sync.
