Issue
I had a client who was accidentally archived, and have since marked them as active again. However, we use AutoArchive which means the documents were automatically marked as archived too. How can I restore the documents?
Solution
Use the Bulk Update function to update the documents for that client.
- Click on the documents to be updated.
- Select Bulk Update.
- From the Filing drop-down field to "Filed".
- Click Run.
