How do I unarchive client documents?


I had a client who was accidentally archived, and have since marked them as active again. However, we use AutoArchive which means the documents were automatically marked as archived too. How can I restore the documents?


Use the Bulk Update function to update the documents for that client.

  1. Click on the documents to be updated.
  2. Select Bulk Update.
  3. From the Filing drop-down field to "Filed".
  4. Click Run.
